Our free standard shipping within the Continental U.S. really is FREE - even for freight shipments containing heavy furniture items. Some of our products have manufacturer-specified shipping fees and/or bulky item surcharges which are stated on the product page. We will even absorb the cost of outbound shipping if you return an item that received Free Shipping (many of our competitors make you pay them back for shipping when an item is returned).
You'll Like Our Return Policy
We now offer a 14 day return window for regular-priced items and we do not deduct our outbound shipping costs from your refund. Check around, you'll find that 7-day return periods are common and most furniture websites charge you back for the amount paid to ship your items to you in the event of a return - even if they offered Free Shipping on the order. In addition, restocking charges very rarely apply. Just pack your unused item back into the original packaging, contact us to get an authorization number and ship it back to us. If you'd prefer that we retrieve your item instead, we can do that too for a small fee.
