Eurway's designers worked with the owner of this 1980's vintage office building, planning and overseeing a complete interior remodel, including demolition and reconstruction of virtually the entire interior. As a cost saving, the HVAC system and major plumbing layouts were retained, but the majority of interior walls were removed, opening up the space to its dramatic Texas Hill Country setting. In addition, we handled space planning, work station specifications, and sourcing all furnishings, fixtures, appliances, floor coverings and lighting.
All interior signage was designed and sourced locally. At the start of the project, we constructed a modular, 2ft x 4ft foamboard-and-acrylic scale model with which the client's team was able to visualize, refine and revise the proposed layouts. Our CAD designer created all working drawings for the project, including demolition, furniture layouts, and a final 'as-built' set.
